While I can’t seem to stop making the Lemon Chicken Piccata I figured I needed to give it a break and try out something new to keep the menu fresh at home, and sadly this has become my new overly made kitchen goto creation.
I recently discussed pasta with Justin, who mentioned how easy it is to make from scratch. Honestly, the idea never really crossed my mind to make it homemade, but after looking over the simple recipe, I figured I would give it a go, and glad I did! So while I can not claim credit for it, I thought I would share it so others can give it a try.
