Once again, not the most exciting post to date, but at least it is a post for the challenge. A couple of days ago, I used my food saver to seal a bag of pork ribs with some garlic and herb marinate.

After marinating for 16hrs, I then used the sous vide on them for 7hrs @ 155F, shortly after I put them on the grill for a couple of minutes on both sides, while slathering some Stubbs spicy BBQ sauce on them.

While I could taste underlying marinate and the ribs turned out to be excellent, I think next time around, I am going to have to create my own marinate to pack in the flavor.
